About Sandra Salgueiro

A Texan by birth, Sandra moved to Venezuela in 1982 and remained there for 21 years, raising her five now-grown children, before returning with her family to the States. Upon her return, she settled in the Miami area, where she honed her considerable skills in the real estate arena. As an enthusiastic and energetic bilingual agent in the Greater Miami area, Sandra’s fluency in Spanish was a meaningful asset in establishing her bona fides in the South Florida market where she worked with many South American and other Spanish-speaking Buyers and Sellers of high-end luxury properties.

 

Later, Sandra settled in Wellington and joined Palm Beach Residential Properties in 2008. With as much of a passion for people as she has for service, Sandra provides solid guidance to the Buyers and Sellers with whom she is privileged to work. Listening attentively to a client’s goals and concerns enables her to identify the right property to satisfy a Buyer’s needs and their budget. Additionally, armed with an extensive knowledge of the Greater Palm Beach area, Sandra enthusiastically embarks upon the required research and legwork necessary to provide the most up-to-date information about a given market to assist both Buyers and Sellers in evaluating a property for purchase or sale.
